For a few years now, at Camping les Rulières, we've been doing everything we can to ensure anglers thoroughly enjoy and make the most of their stays. We can truly describe ourselves as Fishing campsite Vendée because we have done everything possible to improve all services related to fishing, in terms of both quantity and quality.
Before going into detail about our assets and everything we can offer fishermen from all over France, please know that the «companions» of the fisherman, meaning the rest of the family, are not forgotten. They have at their disposal a nicely sized covered heated swimming pool. Throughout the season, we organise activities and markets that allow you to discover the region and its products. The edge and surrounds of the ponds are arranged so that everyone can make the most of this natural space in the form of walks or hikes. The region is also very rich in varied and fascinating tourist sites, including the Mervent forest, the Marais Poitevin, and even the seaside which is 45 minutes away.
When it comes to fishing, one of the most powerful assets is the proximity of the accommodation to the various fishing spots offered. In the aerial photo that follows, you can see that it is possible to get there on foot without the slightest difficulty and sometimes in less than a minute.
Another asset that makes us one of the leading fishing campsites in Vendée is the number of lakes and their respective sizes. In total, 3 bodies of water with a surface area of over 3 hectares!!! Imagine the fishing pleasure you will experience on site! A variety of lakes with specific features for each lake. You will be spoilt for choice and have the opportunity to deploy or experiment on site with your most elaborate fishing techniques.
Fishermen from all over France visit us. They know that on-site, they will have everything at their disposal; accommodation, of course, but also all the campsite's facilities.
